We use specialized heavy-duty packaging and dedicated freight carriers experienced in handling fragile materials. All glass shipments are crated and insured to ensure they arrive at your site in perfect condition.
What is the lead time for stainless steel fabrications?
Standard stock items ship within 2-3 business days. Custom stainless steel fabrications typically have a lead time of 10-15 business days depending on the complexity of the design.
Are your products suitable for coastal environments?
Absolutely. We offer high-grade 316 stainless steel and powder-coated aluminium specifically designed to resist corrosion and salt spray in coastal regions.
What is your return policy for architectural hardware?
Unused hardware in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Please note that custom-cut glass, cut-to-size aluminium profiles, and bespoke fabrications are non-refundable.
Do you provide installation services?
While we are primarily a supplier, we provide detailed technical data sheets and installation guides for all products. For large-scale projects, we can often recommend certified installers in your local area.
