Maximum size is based from original sheet size. Please check maximum sheet size before selecting and entering your custom cuts to ensure they can be done.
Mill Finish:
0.6 mm – 1200 x 2400 mm
0.8 mm – 1200 x 2400 mm
1.0 mm – 1200 x 2400 mm
1.2 mm – 1200 x 3600 mm
1.6 mm – 1500 x 3600 mm
2.0 mm – 1500 x 3600 mm
2.5 mm – 1500 x 3000 mm
3.0 mm – 1500 x 3600 mm
4.0 mm – 1500 x 3000 or 1200 x 3600 mm
5.0 mm – 1500 x 3000 or 1200 x 3600 mm
6.0 mm – 1500 x 3600 mm

Natural / Clear Anodised: 
1.2mm – 1200 x 3600mm
1.6mm – 1500 x 3600mm
2.0mm – 1200 x 2400mm
3.0mm – 1500 x 3600mm

The smallest leg we can fold is 10mm internal (≈12mm external), and the middle measurement, Leg B, must be 26mm or larger.

Price setting is 0.2m² minimum per item, if you require many items below 0.2m² it may pay to contact us for a quote.

Please note with anodised material the cutting is done after anodising therefore the cut edge won't be anodised, there may be stress marks on folded corner.

This material grade is 5005 up to and including 6mm, above is grade 5083. Whilst we have good machinery no cut will leave a smooth edge like an extruded edge, please note that any custom cut edges may have imperfections.

We endeavour to produce your order to the exact size, however there is a production tolerance of +/- 2.0mm.
